Originally from Adelaide, I have been lucky enough to live in Singapore, North America and all over Australia. I call Sydney home now.
I love sport – both playing and following! I am a keen golfer, a Newcastle Knights tragic and a Manchester United fan from way back! I always try to look at the brighter side of life and constantly look for the good in anything I am faced with!
My sources of power in this world are my Wife, Family and Friends!
Working in business improvement allows me to aid people in reaching their goals at scale. When I wanted to become better at anything, I have always had a clear focus, a plan and an awesome coach. I believe that in the Learning & Development space I have been able to help others achieve those goals. There is nothing more satisfying for me than to sit down with someone I had met 6 months earlier and have them say, ‘Ty, this is working!’.
I have been able to work across many industries and while each business is unique, the smile, the handshake and the thank you is the most rewarding part for me.
