I thrive on creating innovative experiences that push people beyond their comfort zones and into growth. I’ve learned that by stepping outside the box, you can achieve so much more than you’ll ever find by playing it safe. Now, I strive to help businesses and leaders do the same.

I’ve been coaching and educating leaders across multiple industries including Hospitality, Customer Service, Finance, Public Sector, FMCG and NGO’s over the last 10 years. My interest in human behaviour drives my passion and commitment to creating positive change for organisations and their people.

My personable and energetic style have been showcased when facilitating to a wide range of Phuel’s clients including Visy, Westpac, Ausgrid, Mirvac, Glues Store and Facebook. In addition, my commercial and coaching background have me an integral part of a number of key Leadership Development Programs we are currently facilitating.

Personally, I’m incredibly active and loves adventure by filling my weekends with overlanding and hiking trips. My most recent adventure of note being a trek to Everest Base Camp in May 2019.
